MEET JOSHUA
Joshua has been a graphic designer and marketing specialist since 2010 with an AAS in Advertising and Graphic Design from Wake Technical Community College. His creativity, organization, and attention to detail are an asset to both Linda Trevor & Co. and their clients alike. “I take pride in marketing every listing as if it was my own. My goal is to maximize the reach for our listings, bringing the best price possible and in the shortest amount of time,” he says.
Dependable, innovative, and artistic, Joshua Grove will make your listing stand out. Known as “the Media Mastermind,” he uses targeted digital marketing to get listings more exposure on social media through stellar SEO, paid ads, and an extensive network of colleagues. He is able to track this data, and show your listing to thousands of potential buyers. He also works with our photographers and videographers to ensure a buyer can see what makes a home special before they even see it in person. Always on his toes, he is quick to reply by email, text, or phone calls; often outside of regular business hours. “Every home is the perfect home for someone out there, and I love that I am a part of them finding it,” Joshua says.
Prior to real estate marketing, Joshua was an engineer and paratrooper at Fort Bragg in the United States Army. “I’m honored to have served in the military and am grateful for the strong work-ethic and integrity I learned over those years.” He also spent many years working as a musician, singing and playing guitar in several punk rock bands.
Living in Cary since 2005, he likes how close everything is to his home to include the nightlife in downtown Raleigh, RDU, sports venues, and North and South Carolina beaches. His wife, Lisa, is an elementary school teacher in Wake County and their white cat named CiCi is hearing impaired. They enjoy traveling as much as possible and the Caribbean is a top destination since Joshua is a scuba diver. When not traveling out of the country, they enjoy spending time at their condo in North Myrtle Beach.
Joshua grew up in Bloomsburg, PA and loved playing school sports including wrestling and ice hockey. He also played trumpet in the school band which later provided him the skills necessary to play guitar.
Always giving back to the community, Joshua supports Mia’s Mafia, a cat rescue, in Cary, NC. He also participates in the “Compass Cares” program, which supports meaningful causes in our local community.
“The rules and limitations that once prevented accidents now prevented creativity.” ― General Stanley McChrystal
