MEET COLLEEN
Colleen has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2014. She also has a degree in Education from East Carolina University. Equal parts responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the current market, she is a prized asset and confident guide for every real estate transaction.
Trustworthy, calming, and determined, Colleen Lawrence believes in providing her clients with the best service possible and treating them like family. A consistent top-producer, she expertly navigates every transaction with integrity, beginning with a well-studied market analysis for each client. She takes the time to explain all documents in detail and makes sure they are correct and concise. She also helps to arrange any necessary inspections and can accompany her clients on those inspections. She is a skilled negotiator; getting top-dollar for sellers, or the best price possible for buyers. “Helping people feel comfortable with the entire transaction and making sure they feel completely informed is my top priority,” says Colleen.
Prior to real estate, Colleen honed her impressive knowledge of the local area as a Wake County teacher. She has also worked as a Sales Manager for Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES), with a focus in satellite imagery.
Living in Cary since 2005, she appreciates the people who make up the community and the amazing North Carolina weather; plus, the proximity to both the mountains and the beach. She and her husband, Erin have two sons, Connor and Ryan, along with a Cairn Terrier named Shortie. Colleen enjoys yoga, long distance running, and of course…. Real Estate!
Colleen was born in Glen Mills, PA, outside of Philadelphia and moved to Northern Virginia/DC area in high school, before moving to Raleigh in 2005. “Our area is a true melting pot and I enjoy helping anyone looking to relocate to the Raleigh area,” she says.
As a way to give back to her community, Colleen participates in the “Compass Cares” program, which supports meaningful causes in our local community.
