MEET ASHLYN
Ashlyn is a licensed REALTOR® who is focused on current real estate trends. She is a college graduate and is excited about supporting people throughout the process of buying or selling their dream home. Her flexibility to adapt, willingness to get to know people, and strong organizational skills ensure that every client is in good hands. As a third-generation real estate professional, Ashlyn says, “I’ve always looked up to my mother and grandfather and aspire to be as successful and hardworking as they are.”
Passionate, creative, and valuable, Ashlyn Weber brings a concierge-like service for our listings and stellar service for home buyers. Known as “the Energizer Agent,” she works hard behind the scenes to make the buying or selling process as stress-free as possible; and getting our clients the best price possible and in the shortest amount of time. Whether you prefer phone calls, texts, or emails, she will communicate the way that works best for you and will reply quickly, often outside of standard business hours! All of this while taking the extra time to be sure your documents and agreements are correct and concise. “It’s rewarding to be part of such a significant journey in the client’s lives, whether finding their dream home or a great investment property,” says Ashlyn.
Prior to joining the Linda Trevor & Co. team, Ashlyn worked in Property Management where she gained knowledge in both rental properties and client care. She also has experience in real estate closings from her time at an Attorneys’ office.
Living in Raleigh, she loves the city and all the fun things to do. “There are so many ways to get involved in the community and the area has a really great school system, which is a perfect mix of city and relaxed vibes.” Ashlyn is passionate about yoga and states, “it’s a mindful practice that helps me to relax while also getting stronger.” She also enjoys hiking and walking as a way to get out in nature with friends or even listen to her favorite podcasts. When not doing yoga, enjoying the outdoors, or working on real estate, you can find her reading fiction for leisure and nonfiction to sharpen her business and communication skills.
Ashlyn grew up in Apex, NC and cherishes all the small businesses, parks, nature, and the great community of people.
As a way to give back to her community, Ashlyn participates in the “Compass Cares” and the “Compass Young Professionals” programs, as well as the Salvation Army and local food banks.
